How to buy with USFans

USFans is a shopping-agent service: it buys an item from a Chinese marketplace on your behalf and forwards it to you. This guide covers the general flow. It does not restate USFans’ specific fees or policies, which this site could not verify.

What a shopping agent does

The listings in this directory are sold by third-party sellers on a Chinese marketplace, not by USFans and not by this site. A shopping agent is the middle step: you give it a product link, it places the order with the seller, receives the parcel at its warehouse, and then ships it on to your address. USFans is one such agent.

The general steps

  1. Find an item here and open its source listing with View source details. That opens the item’s page on HaulSpreadsheet, which is where the product facts come from.
  2. Read the listing carefully — seller measurements, what is actually included, and every photo. This is the step that prevents most ordering mistakes.
  3. Copy the marketplace link (or item ID) and paste it into your chosen agent. Confirm the agent’s page shows the same item before paying.
  4. Pay the item cost plus domestic shipping to the agent’s warehouse. The item may sit there until you are ready to ship.
  5. When you submit the parcel, choose an international shipping line and pay that cost. Any destination import tax is settled separately, depending on your country.

Where this directory stops

This site helps you find items and read the listing. It does not place orders, hold your payment, or track your parcel. Those steps happen on the agent’s own website. This site also does not have a USFans account of its own, so it cannot act on your order or see its status.

A note on the buttons

The source listing for each item also contains an agent link for USFans. This site has not yet confirmed that opening that link lands on the exact same item, because the agent’s page is rendered in the browser rather than in the static page. It does not state USFans’ service-fee percentage, warehouse storage limits, shipping times, or reimbursement terms. USFans’ own site was not reachable to verify those numbers when this page was written, so quoting them would be a guess. Check USFans directly for its current rates and rules.
